You really can't believe anything they say. Nothing. Not one thing by the leaders nor by the members [because the members have been "trained " by the lying leaders]. Lies beget lies. If lies begot truth, cause and effect would be a lie and any teaching, not just the Lotus Sutra, would lead to Buddhahood. This could never be.
