Shameless! So why not just De-enshrine the Gohonzon and enshrine a picture of 'the mentor'instead? What do you need the Gohonzon for if you need something else and are 'spiritually dead' without the extra added ingredient of the mentor?
ReplyDeleteLool at least enshrining a photo of the mentor instead would be more honest. Ah but that might 'confuse' the members, lool as if they're not confused enough by mixing mentor worship with faith in the Lotus Sutra! Have these people totally lost the plot?... what happened to faith...if you need something else, you ain't got correct faith. Now I've heard it all!
