Diamond precept or SGI Code of Conduct for Leaders?

They talk out of both sides of their mouth. Out of one side of their mouth: "There are no precepts in True Buddhism save for the Diamond precept....Chant Namu Myoho renge kyo and you will naturally develop a moral and ethical life."; out of the other side of their mouths, "you must follow the Code of Conduct for Leaders in order to realize your human revolution. Truth of the matter is that Soka Gakkai faith and practice does not lead to Bodhyisattvahood, let alone Buddhahood, so they must create an artificial construct of a Code of Conduct for Leaders in order to, at least, try and protect the members from the leaders Three Poisons of Anger, Animality and Avarice. It doesn't work. similarly, the Ten Commandments have failed to stop Christians from killing, adultery, thievery, greed and all the rest.
