We don't need no stinkin' mentors, priests, temples or community centers. We have Namu Myoho renge kyo, Gohonzon, Lotus Sutra, Gosho, Shakyamuni Buddha, Nichiren Daishonin, and our good friends in faith. We would rather die than betray them.
We don't need no stinkin' priests - who is Shinkei? Didn't you mention on another blog that he was a priest?
We don't need no temples - I can remember you posting a picture of a piece of land a while back saying this would be a great place for your temple (or was I mistaken)?
Jerry no longer calls himself Shinkei. He has given himself the name Nikke and no we don't need priests, it is his calling based on his awakening. Also temples are absolutely not necessary until the time of Kosen Rufu. If one who practices as the Lotus Sutra and Nichiren Daishonin teaches builds one, it is his or her prerogative.

ReplyDeletethe middle day was for temples and structures/statues. this is the latter age. for spreading and upholding / chanting the correct law.
