El Nino already dissipating

California drought no end in site. Should this lead to diminishing SGI influence, it will be a blessing. Still, the rain challenge against the entire SGI California YMD stands. Hope they don't get too vexed. If they do, I have lots of kleenex.

    Tears will be the only "rain" coming from the SGI YMD.
