Nichiren Daishonin thoroughly and definitively refutes SGI mentor/disciple teachings

SGI Vice President:

“If we truly wish to reach this point, we must read President Ikeda’s guidance repeatedly. We must get to the point where we can’t distinguish between our own speech and action and what we would do if we were the SGI President. It’s incorrect for us to put our opinions about how to behave over what we believe President Ikeda would do. It’s *even worse* to act *without thinking* about *what President Ikeda would do*. This is not acting as a disciple.”

Nichiren Daishonin:

"The essential teaching’s doctrine of attaining Buddhahood in one’s present form concludes that one can attain supreme enlightenment in one’s present status as an ordinary person, without changing individual characteristics."

  1. Where's your source? This almost makes me laugh...people don't understand that especially in Asian culture, things will most definitely get lost in translation. Plus, Daisaku Ikeda himself does not say these things and think so highly of himself. He teaches and reminds us to be ourselves and live our lives.

  2. WADA So when we consider how to actualize the oneness of Master and
Disciple in everyday life, we should consider, "If I were Sensei, how would I
think about this?" or, "If I were Sensei, what would I do about this?" I think
that our taking action that President Ikeda would take is, in one sense to
actualize the oneness of master and disciple.
TANIGAWA If we truly with to reach this point, we must read President
Ikeda's guidance repeatedly. We must get to the point where we can't

    Now apologize.

  3. I guess Wada's and Tanigawa's views are unofficial. LOL. Maybe it is your view which is unofficial or is it that you are spinning like a whirling dervish or [dead] neutron star?
