In an editorial to the IPS, the SGI President proposed two specific initiatives for nuclear disarmament: (1) To develop a new NPT-centred institutional framework--a commission dedicated to nuclear disarmament; and (2) The creation of a platform for negotiating a legal instrument to prohibit nuclear weapons.

I have more respect for heads of the armed forces and weapon system scientists who declare who they really are, rather than those who pretend to be something that they are not. so that they can manipulate others for their personal gain
