    1. I hasn't been decided yet, maybe in a months time. The contract is worth 50 Billion , the Soka Gakkai must be licking their lips. Even though Germany and France are keen competitors for the contract the US would rather see us go with Japan for strategic reasons.

      I wouldn't be surprised if Japan won the contract as they are now even more part of the US led alliance since Soka Gakkai's political party Komeito played a major part in demolishing Article 9 of the constitution giving them unrestricted access to engage their muscle to bolster opportunities within the military industrial complex
