President Ikeda's Guidance from the 97th HQ Leaders Meeting
The following is a summary of highlights from SGI President Daisaku Ikeda's speech on February 24, 1996 at Tokyo Makiguchi Hall.
President Ikeda first conveyed a few points expressed by women members as "traits that need to be reformed" among the male senior leaders. These traits include tactlessness, arrogance and egotism.
