The wise may be called human, but the thoughtless are no more than animals.

 Those who fail to see themselves but who believe that they can clearly see others, are no more than animals.

  2. A wise person would refrain from claiming to see others clearly in general and specifically not ascribe evil to people who belong to any given race, country- or simply hold religious beliefs that differ from their own— as that behavior entails thoughtlessness.
