How did Nichiren Daishonin realy feel about non-Buddhists?
"I would rather be Devadatta and sink into the hell of incessant suffering than be the non-Buddhist sage Udraka Ramaputra." -- The Selection of the Time, one of Nichiren Daishonin's five major works.
When have you heard this at one of SGI's, Nichiren Shu's or even Kempon Hokke Shu's interfaith meetings?
Never, not once. Hehe. Only in the writings of Nichiren Daishonin, on the Nichiren's Lotus Sutra blog and in the daily lives of the descendants of Nichiju do you hear such things [and occasionally in the Nichiren Shoshu priest's lectures]. To bad,the Nichiren Shoshu has everything else wrong.
