"There was a conspiracy against the DaiGohonzon"

How could there have been a conspiracy against the DaiGohonzon during the time of the six senior priests? It came into existence during the time of Nichiu, more than a hundred years after their deaths. Not one of them ever mentions the DaiGohonzon.
