SGI smokescreen [nuclear disarmament]

SGI's "faith" based Humanitarian Impact of Nuclear Weapons is a smokescreen. They make much ado of nuclear disarmament but not a peep about Japan's possession of 2200 kg of weapons grade plutonium, 640 kgs of which [enough for at least 80 nuclear bombs] were never reported to the IAEA.
