No one or, at the very most, very few can become a Daisaku Ikeda, a multi-billionaire intellectual with millions of fawning disciples. On the other hand, anyone can experience the lives of Shakyamuni Buddha and Nichiren Daishonin, they who desired and were satisfied with little and who enjoyed the boundless benefits of the Law through waves of persecutions and hardships.
