The SGI Gohonzon may have the appearance of an authentic Nichiren Gohonzon but the Nichiren Gohonzon [or one based on the Nichiren Gohonzon] assists one to quickly attain Buddhahood while the Nichikan Gohonzon assists one to fall into the Four Lower Worlds.
The word Japan causes one to visualize all the people, customs, wars, tsunamis, mountains, rivers, and animals of Japan. Similarly, the Nichikan Gohonzon causes one to visualize the entire slanderous religion of Nichikan. Whether symbolic or actual, whether metaphor or entity, the Nichikan Gohonzon is not the same as the Nichiren Gohonzon because Nichikan's mind differed from Nichiren's.

Clearly, Nichikan Gohonzon then was the problem in your house. Such understanding of Gohonzon and the Ten Worlds is relevant only to the level of Nichiren Shu and Shoshu. Accusing the Gohonzon of being a cause in your personal negative feeling is a slander. The Gohonzon is the eternal Buddhahood and slandering the Law visible in the middle of the Gohonzon is a slander.
Don not write to me after this moment.
There is nothing I can do for you and there is nothing you can do for me."
Actually the Nichikan Gohonzon was the condition, not the cause of your "negative feeling". The cause of your negative feeling was your awakening. On the other hand, the cause of the "positive feeling" in the hearts of SGI members is delusion because how can positive feelings generate out of falsehood?
ReplyDeleteMy family was at the point of falling apart before I installed Nichiren's Gohonzon. Their is so much calm and peace between everyone now its made such a difference.
ReplyDeleteTonight my blood pressure was 205 over 125. After 30mins chanting with the Gohonzon my blood pressure went down to 140 over 95. I use to practice Transcendental Meditation for bringing down blood pressure but it didn't work. I still use Blood pressure tablets but they have little effect compared to chanting with Nichiren's Gohonzon.
How fortunate am I to have found out about this practice
Nichiren described himself variously, depending on the faith of the recipient.
