Yes, Nichiren the fiery preacher of the Lotus Sutra and its Supreme Votary said this
"To speak slanderously of the sutras preached in the past, the present, and the future, and to praise one sutra, the Lotus, is the golden instruction of Shakyamuni Buddha, and is what all the other Buddhas have expressed in agreement."
Who today is performing such noble and courageous acts in lieu of the Sutra's votary? One group you can entirely exclude is the Soka Gakkai.
