The SGI and the Nichiren Shu should take this teaching to heart, especially the SGI with their secular approach to violence [Victory Over Violence, anti-bullying campaigns, and nuclear disarmament initiatives].
Nichiren teaches that such efforts divorced from forceful religious conversion [shakubuku] are doomed to failure.
