You are free to believe anything. You may believe in Santa Clause or the Easter Bunny. There is about as much proof of the authenticity of the DaiGohonzon and of Ikeda being the Buddha of the modern age as there is for Santa Clause. Who am I to question your beliefs? Why should I even care that you embrace a fairytale rather than experience the true greatness of the Daishonin's teachings? Hell, if you die with a smile on your face singing Forever Sensei, who am I to shake your beliefs, even if the Lotus Sutra and Five Major writings of Nichiren point out the heresy of your beliefs?
Who are you talking to?

Quite the show, old man 😅
Do you mean like the post, "How could I observe the decline of the Buddhist Law and not be filled with emotions of pity and distress." - Nichiren? Feel free to critique it.
ReplyDeleteNo, I mean this pitiful attempt at sarcasm in this particular post. Commenting on your words.
DeleteNo doubt you are filled with distress. That much is obvious.
