During his era, Nichiren was referring to the Pure Land teachings which discard Shakyamuni Buddha. Today, it is the worms in the body of Myoho who are the greatest enemies of Buddhism. Those who chant the Daimoku yet discard Shakyamuni Buddha and the Lotus Sutra are the one evil to be outlawed. Nichiren taught that the way to eliminate these SGI parasites is to refrain from giving them alms.
