SGI's, Nichiren Shoshu's, and the Zenmen's Realms of Avarice and Anger

It's not enough for SGI and Nichiren Shoshu leaders, priests, and members to be superior to provisional Bodhisattvas "as the god Taishaku is superior to monkeys and apes" but they, like the Zenmen, feel the need to be superior to the Master of Teachings Lord Shakya of the Original Doctrine. Their's are the Realms of Avarice and Anger.
