It should be an easy matter for SGI to come here to refute my assertion that the oneness of SGI mentor and disciple is hardly the prime point of the Lotus Sutra. Actually, it is a Shingon (True Word) and Tibetan Buddhist doctrine.
It is not even an inconsequential point of the Lotus Sutra and teachings of Nichiren. SGI has devoted literally thousands of pages to explaining this concept. One need only do a Google search, "oneness of mentor and disciple", to prove my point:
