MARK ROGOW TODAY - Don't be fooled by SGI or Kempon Hokke. Follow the Law, not the person (but follow the Law as laid out in Shakyamuni's Lotus Sutra and Nichiren's commentaries that I approve of)
MARK ROGOW YESTERDAY - Don't be fooled by SGI, only the KEMPON HOKKE and Rev. Tsuchiya are practising correctly.
MARK THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY - Don't be fooled by other schools, only the SGI and President Ikeda are practising correctly.
Maybe in a few years you will be denouncing the Law of the Lotus Sutra and assert that only Shakyamuni's early teachings are worthy of being followed.
My beliefs have evolved unlike your mentors and they haven't changed in 18 years. Only my affiliations have changed in these last 18 years. Can you find any doctrinal inconsistencies in my writings or anything I write that goes against the Lotus Sutra and the Master Nichiren? Your [and Ikeda's] belief system change with the Eight Winds and they stank before and they stink now. Now run along and sing a few bars of forever Sensei.
dear not a nichiren buddhist, only a fool closes his eyes to the truth. when new evidence is discovered a healthy person will make the proper adjustments. unhealthy would be to cling to the same thing or group inspite of over whelming evidence. you and the rest of the idiots who inspite of the ugly incorrectness of the nst and sgi teachings, continue to turn your back on what is right(the real teachings). nichiren grew in faith and as a person so why can't mark? you have not , you are the problem. slander on , it is your ugly karma.
"nichiren grew in faith and as a person so why can't mark?"
Do you really need to ask that question? Of course everyone has the right to grow in faith, even Mark. This was a satirical comparison of Mark's faith "today and yesterday" as the link leads to an article called "SGI yesterday and today".
I guess SGI members aren't the only one's that don't understand satire on this blog!
I have no problem with any individual or organisation growing in faith, unlike Mark who refers to changes in the SGI's thinking regarding the transmission of the law through the High Priests and the relevance of the Dai-Gohonzon as "inconsistency from beginning to end".
Everyone has the right to grow, but by focussing on growth as an inconsistency (as this post does) it might lead some people to believe that Mark is the one that doesn't respect people that are trying to grow in faith.
So with that in mind, I am happy to keep my ugly karma and to keep slandering, rather than "following the Law according to Mark" and being seen as inconsistent.
nichiren was a tendai priest. who compares to that? your ugly karma is that you cling to incorrect teaching and incorrect teachers. mark never said "follow me", he speaks of following nichiren and what the eternal buddha taught(the law). you have two choices for your ugliness, you can shut your mouth with your nonsense comments or you can step up and , through the teachings, refute what mark says about the real teachings. first , that means you must study the teachings so you can refute them. this is what he has asked you to do. i support that and it seems fair. who do you represent? ikeda? the high priest? yourself ? so far i haven't heard you say anything that nichiren taught that would refute anything. if you try , you will lose. please by all means do so . otherwise it is called your "arbitrary opinion". look it up. your smug arrogance is already getting old. dr marks whole message is follow the law , not the person. surely you must be able to see that. yes? good advice is harsh to the ears. no, ikeda didn't say that , nichiren did. time to wake up. fact: i was one of the early nsa members who for 25 years helped build nsa or nst of america, or the soka gakkai. there is much i could say. what you need to know is that what they taught and practiced 45 years ago (when ikeda followed nichiren) , they don't even come close to now. don't get me started on what your master did to williams. cheers.
There is both a changing reality to all phenomena and and unchanging reality. The SGI Yesterday and Today focuses on the changing reality of the SGI cult.Lisa's article, SGI is a Cult, highlights the unchanging reality and it is ugly.
change is constant and inevitable. what matters is whether that change is a good ,healthy change or whether it is for the negative. sgi changes about every 5 years and each time it moves further and further away from the teachings of nichiren. nst has been lying and making up their own version of the lotus sutra and what nichiren (the leader for mappo) taught for 600 years. ugly.
