It is guaranteed
Caring about Enlightenment is not a great concern. There is nothing to care about. It is a given. It is guaranteed. Caring about Enlightenment demonstrates a lack of faith and confidence in the Buddha's [and Nichiren's] prediction of Enlightenment for us. We care about other's Enlightenment.
