SGI member: If SGI members' prayers go unanswered, your rationale for staying in the SGI for twenty years, then, was...... ? I would think they must receive some manifest evidence.
Reply: People remain in unhealthy relationships for forty years or more for various reasons: Fear; low self esteem; peer pressure; Stockhom type syndrome; cultural norms; not knowing anywhere else to practice Nichiren Lotus Sutra Buddhism [nowhere else to go]...etc.
