Another topic for discussion: Does SGI have features of fascism?

Examples: "Heroic collective effort to attain a metaphysical goal; "a scape goated demonized adversary"; "anti-egalitarian"; "hostility to democracy"; "hostility to the values of the Age of Free Thought and Expression"; "the cult of the leader and admiration for his special qualities"; "a respect for a collective organization and a love for the symbols associated with it"; "the doctrines [such as 'victory or defeat'] contains little that is specific, beyond an appeal to energy and action"; "authoritarian autocracy"; "pseudo radical populism"; "economic [and religious in the case of SGI] corporatism"; "spurred by a strong charismatic leader whose reactionary ideas are said to organically express the will of the masses"; "who are urged to engage in an heroic effort to attain a metaphysical goal". Also, there are features of SGI leaders'speech that mirror closely the speech of the nationalist socialist leaders in the 1930s and 1940s.

  2. Because of the abuse that I and other people that I know have received from the SGI I no longer have trust in it

Ironically there is no freedom of Religion if you are a traditional NB believer

only other religions are tolerated in the organisation

There is no freedom of speaking out

No freedom of gathering for those that like true traditional Nichiren Buddhist concepts

No members rights for expressing their right to be heard

No freedom to study certain parts of the Gosho

Spying on members who raise their voice and collecting information about the people who they have been associating with

intentionally isolating members who speak out

There is no freedom to study the the traditional NB concepts like ichinen sanzen,9 consc etc

This has all been happening because of the encouragement of the national leaders who have been influenced from SGI and Sokka Gakkai headquarters

We can no longer be sure of what they say about what P.Ikeda said, as his minders can use his name so they can push their own agenda

P.Ikeda has said things over the years that are completely contradictory, especially on his views about Karma, Rebirth

The Soka Gakkai has all the signs of being a Cult.

Sokka Gakkai can no longer be trusted as a custodian of a religion that teachers Nichiren Buddhism but rather a cult that glorifies P.Ikeda
