  3. Nearing the end of Dave Cole's youtube analysis of a segment in the Human Revolution, Dave points out a sort of DeHuman Revolution taking place in the main character......it's an ugly characterization, and along with the Grand Example of failed Reconciliation that I mention above, one wonders if the author's concept of Human Revolution leads to anything more than discord.

  4. When I have questioned those in a position to answer "what was Daisaku Ikeda's human revolution?"- I get a blank look and silence......I have yet to get a definitive answer. Still, what human revolution did he undergo? Am I wrong in thinking that conceptually, it has something to do with, but not limited to dealing with your own personality disorders, of which so many have been identified and characterized, such as: OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Paranoia, Narcissistic, Borderline, Histrionic, Schizoid, Avoidant-Conflicted, Bipolar Mania, etc. "Personality disorders are themselves pathogenic, that is, these disorders set into motion secondary complications that persist and intensify the patient's initial difficulties. Presenting symptoms not only discomfort the patient, but the forces that undergird them diminish life's potentials by creating persistent unhappiness, undoing close relationships, disrupting work opportunities, and undermining future aspirations." ....continued to next reply.....

  5. Now, the concept Human Revolution cannot lay claim to the identification of and the treatment of personality disorders....however, chanting the correct Daimoku could lead one to the self realization that indeed, I have a disorder, and secondly, the good fortune to find competent help.....and finally, to be successful with your application. So then, putting it all together, could this be called or be an adjunct to Human Revolution? - by challenging our personality disorders that undermine our happiness?.....continued to next reply.......

  6. I'm thinking that most of us reading this have formulated at least a sketchy idea of what constitutes Human Revolution. If one has never or finds it excruciatingly difficult to Apologize, and chants to the Gohonzon to find the courage to do so, could that be construed as Human Revolution?......I'm thinking that it is, and am asking if there is any known examples of Daisaku's deep remorse and apology, especially for his behavior? (how about with Polly Toynbee?) A true mentor has to be human, acknowledge their folly, and regardless of how emotionally painful, suck it up! - APOLOGIZE!!- demonstrate to the disciple!!!....let them see how difficult it was, but I did it!!!!.....and then, the reward for having done so.....next reply....
