How many stages below Shakyamuni Buddha was Tientai the Great of China, according to Nichiren?

Nichiren teaches that Tientai was 42 stages below Shakyamuni Buddha (52) in bodhisattva practice, placing him at the 10th level, the level of Vow to save all sentient beings. What stages are your Zone chiefs, Daisaku Ikeda, High Priest Nichinyo, Reverend Kanjin Cederman? This is why we Independents advocate to only take guidance from Shakyamuni Buddha (Gohonzon/Lotus Sutra) and Nichiren Daishonin (through his writings).
